I would like to take a moment to say thank you for all of your efforts for a successful ILTM 2012. Skyline’s efforts delivered a booth that contributed to a very successful show for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. We conducted over 500 pre-scheduled appointments in the booth during the three-day show. We were also able to accommodate a wait staff of three people with ample food prep and presentation areas. The booth looked amazing and, in my opinion, looked better than many of our major competitors’ at the show. I saw many people coming by to take pictures throughout the show – in addition to all the photos I took myself. I know we were all under a lot of pressure to deliver in a short amount of time. I want to thank each and every one of you for the late hours, early morning emails and phone calls and the flexibility. The team on site were phenomenal. They were responsive to every request – especially the last-minute requests once I arrived on site. Shelly was visible throughout the show and always only a phone call or text message away when I needed her. Thanks again for helping us to make ILTM Asia 2012 a success.

The Gadget Show Live 2013 was the second consecutive year OTONE Audio has partnered with Skyline Whitespace to create a real eye-catching yet functional show stand. Skyline’s turnaround time from receiving the brief to delivery of the initial design concept was very quick, with little adjustment needing to be done before approval of the final design. Your designers seemed to pick up our branding and style almost immediately and just “got it”. We also commissioned Skyline to create rolling graphics to display our full product range on a wall-mounted flat screen; again this was done quickly, to brief and needed no modification. On the day of setup the installation team were already on hand when we arrived everything was already done apart from a few small details which they needed to wait for instruction on from ourselves. Overall I have been very pleased with Skyline’s planning, organisation and project delivery and would happily recommend them to other companies looking for a bespoke exhibition stand solution.

We first approached Skyline Whitespace 3 years ago with the smallest of budgets and they were fantastic. They didn’t laugh at us or make us feel small, they worked with us closely and created a stand that was professional and fun, totally in keeping with our ideas, whilst being financially viable. Since then our relationship has developed year on year and they constantly demonstrate and apply an understanding of our business requirements. We once chose to ‘shop around’ and can hand on heart say it wasn’t worth it. From the start of the process to the very end result, no other company provided the same ‘above and beyond’ communication consistently throughout and producing a high spec stand that looks stunning. I never have to worry about any part of the process, as they offer the service of taking full control of the administration side of the stand with the exhibition venue. We arrived on Sunday with our engineers and the stand contractors were great, the stand was further ahead of where they had promised to be, and as we worked with a lot of them last year it made the build extremely painless. They were so easy to work with considering our requirements to cut through borders, drill holes in the back boards, move 180kg+ equipment are quite tedious. A lot of our bespoke requirements were done on site, they were extremely efficient and it was really nice to work with such a good group of people.

I also wanted to say how great it has been to work with Jonny and Russell, I know how difficult it can be at times but their attention to detail and willingness to adapt, made it pleasant to work with and run as smoothly as possible.

Our specific Traka stand at the Safety and Health expo went down a treat, the MD said it was the best stand he has seen.

We have had numerous stand builders in the past but I must say, it has been the easiest and most stress-free process to date. We looking forward to working with you again in September for IMHX.
