Senior 3D Exhibition Stand Designer

Outstanding opportunity to work for a industry leading creative exhibition stand and event company. Salary commensurate with experience.

Summary description:

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual who has 3-4 yrs professional exhibition design experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s major brands, in the events and exhibitions arena.
 

Key responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and communicating a client’s brief
  • Designing and visualising exhibition stands
  • Producing comprehensive technical drawings for clients, project managers and stand builders
  • Attending client briefings, meetings and presentations
  • Designing for all aspects of the exhibition industry
Skills and experience required:
  • Exhibition/Trade show specific spatial design experience
  • 3D Visualisation skills (any major 3D package)
  • CAD and technical drawing skills (Autocad/Vectorworks or similar)
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Confidence to work with major global brands
  • Good time management and ability to work to tight deadlines

Permanent Exhibition Stand Fitter (OTE £35k)

Summary description:

We are looking for experienced and trainee, reliable, team-orientated exhibition stand fitters with full training being provided. A great eye for detail is a must, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world’s major brands, in the events and exhibitions arena. Good basic salary and overtime with OTE between £32 and £35k a year depending on experience.
 

Key responsibilities:
  • Job preparation – ensuring all jobs are packed and prepared
  • Custom modular stand construction to the highest standard including:
  • Electrical and internet cabling
  • Modular raised flooring
  • Carpeting and edging
  • Cleaning of graphics/structure/tables
  • Affixing lighting
  • Loading/unloading and driving company vehicles
Skills required:
  • Knowledge of custom modular stand systems and general industry knowledge
  • Team orientated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • First rate communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Strong customer focus
  • Must have a great eye for detail and a thorough and detailed approach to work

Exhibitions Projects Administrator

Due to continuing success and in line with our growth strategy, we are looking for an Exhibitions Projects Administrator whose main responsibilities will be to help out our existing projects team in a various number of ways.
 

Summary Description:

The role requires processing and monitoring of finalised and approved exhibition stand projects, using the Company’s CRM management system, through to the Production and Exhibition Services Department on behalf of the Project management team. This role would be very well suited to someone who wanted to get into the exhibitions and events industry. Someone with a can do attitude and great attention to detail.

 

Key responsibilities:
  • Ordering exhibition stand parts and graphic elements
  • Preparing and providing graphic panel layouts
  • Liaising with clients to re-confirm artwork deadlines
  • Prepare electrical and carpet plans
  • Ordering third party services
  • Liaising with exhibition organisers to provide Health and Safety documents and obtain stand design approval
  • Working with internal departments to ensure job is produced on time and handed over to exhibition services team
  • Monitoring costs through project lifecycle so they adhere to budget
  • To go onsite to oversee stand installation and client handover
  • Dealing with third party suppliers
Skills required:
  • Self starter and able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent IT skills and above average in Excel, Word, Power point, etc.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and good problem solving ability
  • Confidence to liaise with senior level staff members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once working to tight deadlines

Senior Sales Account Manager

Outstanding opportunity for the right individual to work for industry leading creative exhibition and event experience company.

Excellent basic salary and generous commission with genuine annual earning capability of between £70k – £80k per year uncapped.

Due to continuing success and in line with our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Manager whose main responsibilities will be to generate new business opportunities through new and existing clients.
 

Summary description:

A senior level, client-facing role suitable for a diligent and highly motivated individual to further their career in sales and account management. We are looking for an individual with a consultative-style approach and at least two years previous experience either in the exhibition, event or creative industry.
 

Key responsibilities:

Your duties will be varied and include;

  • Developing and identifying new sales opportunities using own initiative
  • Developing relationships with existing clients accounts
  • Handling incoming leads and assessing potential
  • Evaluating client requirements
  • Meeting potential clients and obtaining design requirements
  • Interpreting customers design requirements and briefing internal design team
  • Preparing quotations, tenders and presentations
  • Negotiating and closing sales effectively
  • Briefing project team with clients requirements
  • Working with client and project management team throughout entire project process to ensure seamless project implementation
  • Developing strong long term client relationships through excellent relationship management
  • Visiting exhibitions to oversee installation and ensure good client experience
Skills required:
  • Self starter and able to work under own initiative

Sales Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for an industry leading creative exhibition and event production Company in a period of growth transition. To continue with this growth we are looking for a talented Sales Manager with drive and ambition to join us in heading up an existing experienced sales team whilst finding and developing new talent. This role is about leadership and people development whilst promoting continuous improvement throughout the business but will also require managing some key client accounts along with vital business development working with the sales and marketing team. Genuine opportunity to develop further into the senior management role if desired with the potential to earn six-figure salary.

Summary description:

A role that is responsible for the coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
 

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure continued and steady growth of the company sales whilst maintaining and improving profitability
  • Day-to-day management and development of existing sales team of 5 persons
  • Prepare and deliver accurate team pipeline, sales and management reports to the board of directors
  • Manage weekly sales team meetings
  • Encourage and develop sales team through monthly individual performance meetings
  • Work closely with Marketing team to measure current marketing activities and target new opportunities
  • Drive strategic growth through new business opportunities via existing team
  • Assist sales team in putting together high quality pitch presentations and quotations

Large Format Fabric Print Operator / Finisher £25K+ DOE

We are looking for an experienced Large Format Fabric Print Operator / Finisher.
Dye sub printer knowledge and fabric finishing would be an advantage.
 

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Operating – Dgen Dye Sub Fabric Printer and Monti Calendar. Fabric finishing using Matik sewing system.
  • Ideally have experience in LARGE FORMAT digital print finishing including mounting, laminating, trimming, cut vinyl preparation.
  • Be able to use mounting / laminating roll to roll machine.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team under our Graphics Director but also be able to demonstrate working on ones own initiative.
  • An ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • A willingness to work occasional unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends (paid)
Skills required:
  • You will; have lots of enthusiasm and personality; be punctual and reliable; have the ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team; be self motivated and have lots of common sense.
  • You will also be able to work on your own initiative and you will keep the working area clean and tidy.

 
Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
