Firstly, it’s important to have the right people involved in creating your brief; while this will often include management-level staff who have an overview on the company’s brand as a whole, and who will be able to sign off on the design, you should also include the people who have face to face contact with your customers already. If you already exhibit at trade shows, the people who actually staff your booths will have a better insight into what’s actually needed on the trade show floor.
