Hayes and Jarvis, specialists in inclusive arrangements to exotic destinations, wanted an exhibition stand that captured the visitor’s attention over their competitors and clearly communicated their key marketing messages at Brides The Show – London’s definitive luxury wedding event.
We designed and built a fully backlit 12m x 2.5m modular exhibition stand for Hayes and Jarvis’ attendance at this year’s show. The custom modular stand attracted attention with big, colourful graphics, fun tropical elements and a welcoming atmosphere.
The backlit elements and the tropical theme of the stand perfectly reflected H&J’s vibrant look and branding. A great addition to the stand was a cocktail bar serving mojito sorbets and chocolate ice cream – Designed to look like an exotic island hut, it set Hayes and Jarvis apart from the competitors and created a great talking point amongst visitors.
The unique and bold design of the stand created a powerful presence and won the ‘Editor’s Silver Design Award’.

When we asked to make a few additions or amends, it was no trouble at all and they kept the cost as close to original budget as possible by looking for other cost efficiencies on the stand.
Once the stand design was confirmed, the project management was fantastic. We were kept in the loop with what was happening, regular phone calls and emails to update us on progress. They dealt directly with the venue and event organiser to sort out some of the technical aspects which was a huge weight off our shoulders!
On the day, the team had to overcome a few issues that were out of their control, but did so professionally, and reassured us that everything would be completed on time. The finished product had the ‘Wow factor’ we were after, which was evidenced by the queues of people we had at our stand and the Award we won at the event (Editor’s Silver Design award).
