Environmental

Environmentally conscious exhibiting

Skyline Whitespace contributes to environmental sustainability in exhibiting in two key ways:

  • We provide lighter weight, modular exhibits that have smaller environmental impact than traditional custom built exhibition stands
  • Our responsible manufacturing policy minimises the impact on the environment

The long life span, innovative design, efficient construction and quality manufacturing processes ensure that Skyline systems don't cause unnecessary waste. Typically a Skyline exhibition stand uses one third of the materials of a traditional custom built exhibition display. Our products also ship in less space than traditional custom built stands, helping to save energy and money through reduced shipping weight.

  • Skyline modular systems are based on metal frameworks, and make every effort to optimise every piece of metal
  • A new colour management systems means 80% less graphic waste due to errors with computer controlled cutting, again to produce less waste
  • All painting is done with electrostatic powder paint, which produces virtually no waste and doesn’t require industrial solvents to clean up
  • All packaging is re-usable and any cardboard is recycled and re-used
  • Recycling – all excess materials are recycled during production – over 2 tonnes of steel and aluminium are recycled every year. All paper, cardboard, pallets and crates are recycled, re-furbished or re-used
  • Carpets – we now use high quality re-usable carpet tiles where possible. All other carpeting is either recycled or donated to local charities for families in need

With a Skyline exhibition stand you can be assured of a superior quality, responsibly manufactured display product that provides an economical and environmentally sound solution for all your exhibiting needs.
